====== Linux on HPC clusters ======

All the servers used in the cluster are using GNU/Linux, and more specifically Rocky 8.

Having at least basic knowledge of Linux, and ideally with the command line (terminal), is a pre-requisite for using our clusters. You are also expected to be able to write a simple Bash/Shell script, as this is needed to create //sbatch// scripts.

Explaining how to use Linux is out of the scope of this documentation, but you can find plenty of tutorials and explanation on the internet.
